Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Axiom Recruit platform (the "Platform"), operated by Axiom Recruit ("Axiom", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Who these Terms apply to

The Platform is used by two broad groups of people:

• Candidates — individuals seeking or applying for roles listed on the Platform.
• Employers / Clients — organisations posting roles or engaging Axiom's recruitment services.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Candidate screening and AI matching

Where you apply for a role via Axiom's screening process, the information you provide is used to generate a match score and candidate summary, including AI-assisted analysis of your skills and experience. This is provided to assist recruiters and does not guarantee any offer of employment.

5. Employer obligations

Employers using the Platform to post roles or engage candidates agree to provide accurate job information, comply with applicable employment and equality law, and pay any agreed recruitment fees in accordance with the terms confirmed at the time of engagement.

6. Fees

Recruitment fees for confirmed placements are invoiced separately and are due within the payment terms stated on the relevant invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Platform, including submitting false information, attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and technology on the Platform belongs to Axiom Recruit or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Recruit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
